The Freelancer Network

The Freelancer Network is a "Freelance Human Resource Organisation" and is inherently a "Project Management and Training Organization" based in Udupi. TFN originated from a spark to bring Skilled people together as a form of productive camaraderie and develop mutually. This idea, which was first promulgated sometime in the spring of 2016, grew and received high engagement with the local public and beyond; esp. after initiating our social media presence in early 2017. The support and response of the public to our initiatives led us to incorporate TFN in mid 2018. Ever since our incorporation, we have been collaborating with numerous freelancers and continued delivering our popular services. We largely focus on the Freedom of Work (It is the right of every person to choose which work they wish to do), Dignity of Labour (No work is superior or in anyway inferior to any other work), Education (a constitutional right by itself) and Artist Recognition (Promotion of fledgling artists and their arts to aid in human excellence). To our credit, till date, we have been working with several Established as well as Debutante Artists, Organisations and such assorted groups; all the while, keeping and delivering our goal in mind - creating of a major platform for local artists and freelancers. Our mission is to create a Flexible, Friendlier, Effective yet Stress-free modern day work culture for artists, freelancers and students. Our concentration is certainly on providing quality 'skills based affordable education', thus creating scope for more jobs... improved jobs. TFN as an organisation, is truly one of its kind. It facilitates skill development and growth through its unorthodox yet effective models of operation via incubation, activity and growth tracking, grading and collaborating with a wide range of freelancers. Seems counter-intuitive? Absolutely not. TFN is the testament to that. After all, we are The Freelancer Network.
