A senior internal communication leader and change communication expert, I have been supporting leaders for over two decades in contexts of transformation (merger-acquisition, carve-out, reorganization, crisis, cultural transformation). Today, as an independent consultant, I bring strong expertise in change communication, and sensitive social communication, built over my 20 years of experience as head of internal communication in large groups such as Volvo, Nexans, Sanofi, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Edmond de Rothschild. I help companies leverage internal communication as a business transformation enabler to bring strategy to life in times of change.
