This Girl Has Oil is a Christ-centered ministry driven by a calling to deploy and equip women in their God-given purpose and mission to lead their generation to Christ. Luke 4:18 tells us that it is the spirit of God empowers us to fulfill our God-given purpose and assignment. No matter where a woman has influence in her home, on her job, in her community, or the local church these are the women God had in mind when birthing this ministry.
We wholeheartedly believe leadership is an affirmation of our identity and women are an essential part of God's plan to go and tell the world about Jesus.
