TGM have invested significantly in CATIA V5 CAD packages and inspection software, to ensure that our engineering department are supported with the necessary tools. Our investment allows us to provide a total solution for any package of parts.
We have the capability to program components for our machine tools, design and manufacture tooling requirements, and fully inspect and prove out the package using a sealed data route requested by our aerospace customers. If a CAD model is not available this is not a problem either, we have on numerous occasions been able to reverse engineer aerospace components where models are not available and one off batches are required.
Our inspection arm, equipped with Catia V5 software allows our workshop to have first off samples checked whilst in situ on the machines, reducing machine down time and ensuring that our quality standards are maintained. Our fully programmable CMM allows us to inspect components during our 24 hr operation, unmanned.
