Wholly owned by Lembaga Tabung Haji (the Pilgrims Fund Board), TH Properties Group was created following the consolidation in 2010 of TH Properties Sdn. Bhd. and TH Technologies Sdn. Bhd., Lembaga Tabung Haji’s respective property development and construction arms. Its history however stretches back to 1980 with the formation of Syarikat Perumahan Lembaga Tabung Haji Sdn Bhd.
TH Properties’ key areas of expertise are property development, construction, and project and facilities management.
