Trazo Hecho Arquitectos y Asociados (THAA) is a multidisciplinary firm that focuses on offering the widest range of services and total client satisfaction. Our services include architectural, interior, and furniture design, 3D renders, property development, real-estate investment projects, and legal solutions. THAA was founded in 2007 by architects, Julián Torres and industrial designer, Erick Sakal in Mexico City. The firm is currently based in Queretaro and San Miguel de Allende, and employs 218 people. Since the company was founded, THAA has undertaken a variety of projects in cities like Puerto Escondido, Mérida, Querétaro, San Miguel de Allende, Uruapan, Dolores and Valle de Bravo. The firm has been awarded two silver medals from the Architectural Committee of Leon, one in the multi-family housing category and one in the single-family housing category, as well as a third silver medal in the Architectural Committee of Mexico city in the industrial category for our participation in building the Cuna de Tierra Vineyard in Dolores Hidalgo. Our work has also been published in magazines like Metros Cúbicos and Players of life, as well as in the book, San Miguel de Allende: La buena hospitalidad published in 2013, by the renowned photographer Ignacio Urquiza. The THAA offices based in Queretaro and San Miguel de Allende have a team of 18 people, including architects, field managers, administrators and lawyers. Currently THAA is building its second housing development in Juriquilla, Queretaro - Vive Hacienda Grande, as well as finishing the architectural project for Vive San Isidro. Also at this time in San Miguel de Allende, we are offering a real estate investment project of 4 detached exclusively designed homes, called Fuentes. Other projects in San Miguel de Allende include Casa Fray Paulena, Casa Esperanza y Casa Baeza, as well as recently finishing the award winning house “La Colina”.
