For us, 30 is the goal. We want to try and increase the number of people following plant-based diets by the year 2030 by 30 percent. Persuading an entire nation to give up eating meat may not be realistic in the short term, but promoting an easy and accessible way to follow a plant-based diet with a comforting fast-casual vegan concept with a clean conscience, is achievable.
