We make sweets, savouries, snacks, beverages and pickles in the Ready to Eat category and cooking powders, health mixes, herbs and spices, vadams, batters and instant tiffin and snack powder mixes in the Ready to Cook category. We sell this online, in-store and other distribution channels. Out outlet - Thaligai Restaurant is located in Mylapore, Chennai, and has been operational since 2016. Thaligai today is a well-recognized brand and would remain a customer-focused entity. We have also been developing proprietary recipes for cooking and health powders and mixes, savories, sweets, pickles, and vadams and sell this through our online store www.thaligai.com. More than just food, we are a lifestyle brand. Thaligai has been identifying itself with the culture of Chennai through various initiatives. The annual Amudhadhwani Music and Food Festival conducted in the third week of December during the Music Season of Chennai has attracted top artists to perform. Novel concepts such as chamber music environment, Raga theme-based food to go with the music, and exclusive interactive sessions over dinner with the artists have attracted attention and awe alike. We also host Attukkal Ammi Iyandhiram is a seasonal educational workshop to teach the younger generation about the usage and benefits of traditional cooking tools and utensils.
