About The 4 Points
As a child, Tommy suffered a debilitating stroke aged just 12yrs old. He has completed the epic 4 points journey on a recumbent trike back in 2021 hitting all the 4 extreme points, with a major setback in the middle to boot (being hit by a car) that kept him out of action all of 2022. In March and April 2025, we took on Tassie and we conquered the 3 Points of Tasmania, managing to Fit in 16+ talks comprising of schools, rotary's/lions clubs and meeting most of the politicians, raising over 30k taking the tally over 150k in total! Next phase: Feb/March 2026 'Howlong to Canberra' He is more physically impaired from the car crash than he was. Tommy is planning to ride from Howlong to Canberra (all human-powered) to increase stroke awareness across Australia while raising money for the Stroke Foundation, and ask the government How-long do we have to wait before action is taken towards childhood stroke? as well as promote inclusion through bikes and highlight road safety.
