About The ABA Project
About (Who we are) Founded in 2019, The ABA Project started off as a home-based ABA service provider. In 2022, The ABA Project was ready to serve a larger neurodiverse population and transitioned to a center-based location in Malaysia. At The ABA project, we are dedicated to providing the best quality service to each learner, therefore all of our programs are formulated by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) based on extensive research and assessments. We also strongly believe that parental involvement is crucial in promoting generalization and maintenance of acquired skills. Hence, we also offer intensive parent training for parents to learn the necessary skill sets to be able to teach their neurodiverse children at home. Vision & Mission Vision To create an environment where the Neurodiverse community is accepted, understood and respected. Mission 1) To guide the neurodiverse population to achieve their highest potential through high quality, evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. 2)To understand, support, and guide families with neurodiverse children on the journey from isolation to connection. Core Values: R.E.A.C.H R: Respect that all learners should treated with the utmost RESPECT by creating an inclusive environment that is equally accessible to all, regardless of their neuro-identity. E: Enhance our neurodiverse learners' fullest educational, social and developmental potential through our services A: Accept neurodiversity, not as a disability to be cured but as a culture to be understood and ACCEPTED. C: Celebrate all milestones and achievements made by our learners and team H: High-quality ABA services that are guided by the latest research and technology.
