Hi, My name is Bryan Kavanagh. I own and operate the ABS Gyms, personal training studios and bootcamps in Dublin. My journey in fitness started when I was 6 years old. I started Tae-Kwon-Do and became obsessed with being able to kick like and ultimately look like the martial artists and actors as I grew up. This led to me becoming obsessed with nutrition and training outside of Tae-Kwon-Do too. I know what you’re thinking, “what kind of weird teenager starts reading literature on nutrition, anatomy and physiology at thirteen years of age?” Eh, me. I’ve been studying informally for the last 20 and formally for the last 13 years to bring you the most effective training and nutrition programs that you can possibly hope for. There are no gimmicks in this field. There are tried, tested and proven methods that work and then there is nonsense that doesn’t work. Anyway, I’ll stop there.
