In 2015, she wrote the book The Agile Project Manager, which has sold hundreds of copies to companies and individuals keen to learn how to apply Agile as a way of working to improve their results.
Agile Enterprises emerged to provide specialist coaching and capability and embed the principles and practices from The Agile Project Manager. Agile Enterprises works with a range of clients from financial services to research and development to introduce and reinforce the Agile mindset, tools and techniques.
