The AlphaMind Project

The AlphaMind Project focus on helping Traders, Investment Professionals and people engaged in financial markets risk activities to develop the human performance skills needed for success. It was formed by Steven Goldstein and Mark Randall, who together have almost 8 decades working in and around financial markets as trader, brokers and performance coaches. The AlphaMind Project delivers the AlphaMind Podcast, and provides coaching, educational workshops and seminars, to risk professionals at all levels. Its purpose is to help them finesse, develop and improve how people engage with the risk, uncertainty and complexity of working in financial markets.
