As the name suggests, The Anthropreneur is rooted in a humancentred approach. By connecting insights from social sciences like anthropology, sociology, and psychology with my hands-on experience in community building, I create tailored solutions that truly resonate with the people in an organisation. When creating these solutions, the goal is to understand the needs of communities from the bottom-up, much like an anthropologist does. This approach ensures that the strategies and solutions we develop are driven by what the people and local communities actually need, in order to make top-down decisions more intentional.
