The Apocalyptics

The Apocalyptics is a multifaceted online RTS/NFT game. The only Web 3.0 Real-Time Strategy Game, (think Warcraft, Age of Empires, Rise of Kingdoms, Star Craft) being built on the Polygon chain! The game features scavenging for resources on a massive world map, staking NFTs for in-game currency, in-game airdrops, raiding for loot, NFT PvP battles, and tournaments for top players. The game aims to provide an exciting and fun experience for players. The in-game economy is powered by Apocalypseium (APOC) tokens. Players can earn APOC by scavenging, NFT staking, and participating in other activities in the game. Players scavenge for resources on a massive world map that is divided into five main terrains: Jungle, Swamp, River, Mountain, and Wasteland. These resources include food, wood, scrap, steel, stone, and Apoc shards (a rare APOC-Token derivative), and are used to upgrade a player's base camp and internal structures. Players will also be able to participate in in-game airdrops, where up to 100,000 APOC-Tokens will be dropped daily in random locations. Players will have to explore the map to find these airdrops, and the higher a player's power level, the faster they will scavenge, which means more APOC-Tokens in less time. Treasure chests with valuable NFTs, Apoc shards, APOC-Tokens and resources will also be airdropped in random locations across the map. In addition, players will be able to raid each other for valuable loot in the form of resources and Apoc shards. Players will also be able to battle each other using NFTs, creating strategic decks based on various NFT stats. Successful raids and battles will increase a player's power level. The game also features an open field on the map where players can challenge each other for dominance over resource pits, leading to NFT PvP battles. The top 100 players, based on power level and activity, will also have the opportunity to compete in seasonal tournaments for a grand prize. All games will be live streamed!
