The Ascension Group

The Ascension Group works with top companies across the APEC region to help female talent step into leadership roles. While having women as leaders is widely linked to better organisational performance, they face multiple challenges getting to that level. For many of them, their missing 'X factor' in leadership is not their IQ or EQ, but rather their PQ®, their presence quotient ®. With a focus on Executive Presence, our Group supports gifted, driven women to transcend these barriers for greater influence using a tailored and comprehensive approach. It combines an internal process (exploring leadership traits and behaviours for professional growth) with the external (improving image, brand and style). Our services enable companies to attract, retain and develop women who deserve success, while championing gender diversity for greater results. The Ascension Group was founded by Melissa Lewis.
