The Assembly Soup Kitchen (T.A.S.K.)

The Assembly Soup Kitchen (T.A.S.K.) is more than an organization; it's a heartfelt mission. We began with a handful of volunteers cooking from their kitchens, driven by the belief that everyone deserves a hot, nutritious meal. As an independent, all-volunteer initiative, we serve the homeless and hungry in the Klang Valley, relying on local businesses and community generosity. Our vision extends to providing food security for marginalized communities, including Orang Asli, refugees, and the B40 group. In 2022, we distributed 141,381 meals and over RM 3,000,000 worth of food to distribution centers across the region, thanks to the support of 600 volunteers and numerous food organizations. Currently, we're making a difference in 9 community schools, 1 girls' home, and an after-school program through our food program. Join us in spreading warmth and nourishment to those who need it most.
