The BBQ Project

The dream started 9 years ago to create a food truck that used fresh local produce, to create innovative BBQ style dishes, whilst having the freedom to change and adapt for every event it would attend. 2 years on we now have two trucks, a great team, and our brand new restaurant! Normally we would be travelling to local or large events with our trucks right now, but at this moment in time we are finalising our takeaway menu which will be operational from our new home, The Smoking Bull Inn, Battle.
