The Be Collaborative

The Be Collaborative is a benefit LLC dedicated to cultivating community care and well-being through embodied SEL practices. We envision a world where people can fully be – where they feel safe, seen, supported, and celebrated. To cultivate community care and well-being, we need to look at both systems and individual practices. Our embodied SEL practices are developed through a lens of justice, living at the intersection of social emotional learning, trauma-informed care, and yoga principles. We believe social emotional skills are most powerful in building our well-being when they are accessible, rooted in mind-body connection, and reflected in the systems and structures surrounding us. Our embodied SEL practices are designed to easily integrate both into your day and into your organization’s policies and practices. We work with all ages. After all, well-being is a lifelong practice that can be integrated into any setting. Our clients include non-profits, schools, youth programs, museums, and corporate teams. We customize our services to meet you where you are. We identify seven core aspects of being for community care and well-being. The ultimate goal is to tend to all seven areas, allowing you to be unapologetically and contently you. If we all practice together, we can build communities where everyone can simply be.
