The Benefits Training Co delivers high quality, learner-centred training courses which simplify the benefits system enabling workers to guide clients and service users through the information maze. All of our courses include 12 months support so that staff have dedicated access to second tier advice after training.
Courses are delivered on open programmes and in-house, often in partnership with Citizens Advice Bureaux. Training on all areas of the benefits and tax credits system, including welfare reform.
