Welcome to The Better Days Project, Inc a nonprofit organization that promotes mental health and wellness in Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities. Our mission is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, raise awareness about mental health issues, and advocate for the mental health needs of historically underserved communities. Together we can make a difference in BIPOC mental health.
We recognize that BIPOC communities face unique challenges and experiences related to mental health. Our approach is to provide culturally responsive resources and support without judgment or stigma. We value collaboration with local mental health providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure that BIPOC communities have access to the resources they need.
