The Better Org

The Better Org is an organisational development consultancy working with social change organisations to increase effectiveness, improve culture and maximise impact. We partner with organisations seeking to improve their strategic, operational, and cultural health and wellbeing, using data, practitioner insights, and academic research on effective organisational practice to develop context sensitive interventions and solutions. We offer organisations support in three main areas: Culture Change We undertake organisational wellness audits, and partner with staff, leadership, and board members to build cultures that work. Organisational Design We diagnose your operational challenges, facilitate the creation of strategies and plans, and design systems and policies to improve your strategic and operational effectiveness. Learning and Education We collaborate with you to improve learning in your organisation through the co-creation of learning strategies, and the design and facilitation of training, workshops and learning events.
