The Bill Murray Process Consultant is a Cape Town-based operations consultancy owned by me, Belinda Murray. Over the last 4 years, my business has evolved in response to the needs of my clients, so now I offer mentorship, creative outsourcing and placement too. When it comes to process consultation, I fix, streamline and restructure internal operational processes, using experience, objectivity and best-practice, through empowering and guiding employees, resulting in business efficiencies and profitability. With 20+ years of internal operations experience, I have developed a unique approach and methodology that can help any business operate more efficiently and achieve sustainable results. I work with MDs, FDs and ODs to liberate senior and middle management. I work within your business to gain bespoke insights and solutions for your unique challenges. I then introduce new processes and improve existing processes that are currently being forgotten, neglected or have become problematic to deal with. In my experience, for real change to take place, my clients need to be committed, prepared, honest, collaborative, supportive, willing to change, personally invested in doing it properly and have a long-term view. Many people over the years have approached me about either helping them find work or to help them find people who fit their business needs. I have thus added this to my services, ensuring that no boundaries are crossed and that there is complete transparency between my clients and the role I play in their business. I work with local and international companies to help with outsourcing their creative needs. I supply clients with candidates that fit the briefs supplied and once a candidate is placed, I help client and candidate work together to deliver top work effectively. It is interesting times out there in our industry and within corporates too- I am loving the challenges and how we adapt to them.
