Can you imagine being a kid (or even an adult for that matter) and not having a cake and gifts on your birthday? My organization fills this void and brings joy, happiness and respect into the lives of those who are often neglected.
Our mission is to provide birthday bags and celebrations to children, adults, senior citizens, and veterans affected by poverty, addiction, abuse, homelessness, violence, physical/mental challenges, old age, and loneliness. The operating budgets of the organizations we serve are very limited and focused mainly on food supplies.
Since the organization was founded in May 2017, we have provided over 2,014 birthday bags and 200 cakes. We serve a total of 34 organizations: 25 in Illinois, 4 in Tennessee, 1 in Florida, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in New York, 1 in Virginia, and 1 in North Carolina. We have birthday giving chapters pending in New Jersey, Arizona, and Texas.
