The Blind Cafe is a fiscally sponsored 'positive social change' organization, that uses the concept of engaging people socially in 100% darkness to create innovative and imaginative positive social change (pop-up) experiences held entirely in the pitch dark, no blindfolds! The Blind Cafe is fiscally sponsored as an Artist's Project under the 501(c)1 of The Boulder County Arts Alliance, BCAA, to support The Blind Cafe's efforts to explore using the concept of engaging communities socially with the arts in 100% darkness can used as an agent for 'positive' social change.

The Blind Cafe Experience is award winning positive social change pop-up dinner, discussion and music experience held entirely in 100% complete darkness. Touring nationally as a pop-up social change dinner, spoken word poetry and music in the dark act with Rosh & the Blind Cafe Orchestra, Rick Hammond and Richie Flores & the Constellation Prize. The Blind Cafe Experience currently tours to over 14 cities and is expanding. The Experiences are designed to disrupt and explore the way you see, feel, taste, touch, listen and relate socially...without the distraction of your visual conditioning, social etiquette and cell phones.
