About The BNIC Network LLC
We are the Parent Investment Club (PIC) for the Closed Private Crowdfunding Network (CPCN), a new type of legal structure that allows like-minded people to practice cooperative group economics on steroids, with little if any oversight by the SEC. We also operate a real estate investment management company that manages real estate deals on behalf of investors, but strictly in Detroit.
