Imagine knowing what people are really thinking – not just what they choose to say. Some 60% of communication is not words we use: it is our body language, micro-facial expressions, the manner of our speech and the structure of our writing. But because we don’t know what to look for, most of us fail to see what is hiding in plain sight… We have codified the sciences of behavioural analysis, investigative interviewing, voice stress and forensic statement analysis to provide training that applies to the workplace. Our training is based in hard science and experience of what is proven to work in the field across multiple geographies and ethnicities. Beyond training and coaching we will work with you to enhance performance using the proven disciplines of trained negotiators, investigators and law enforcement officers.
