At The Body Project we want our clients to ask better questions. Instead of asking “how can I get rid of my back pain, digestive issues, inability to sleep, weight gain, depression, low energy, headaches”; we want our clients to ask “why am I experiencing these symptoms.” Our chart below shows all the potential variables that could cause a specific symptom. Rob Smith has been in the health and fitness industry for 22 years. He has a diverse background in the industry having held positions such as head personal trainer, sales and marketing director, general manager, owner, and consultant. Rob has worked with Olympic and professional athletes as well as clients who he helped lose over 120 pounds. Rob oversees all programs at the Body Project.
Paula Smith
Paula Schneider is a Certified Natural Health Professional and Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience in Nutritional Counseling, Diet Supplementation, and Fitness Training. Paula has coached hundreds of clients on weight loss and holistic health. Working at the world renown Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida helped shape many of the philosophies she has today.
