AboutAbout Join us for an immersive and playful experience as we delve into the art of artisan bread baking while discovering profound metaphors that reflect motivation, collaboration, and team dynamics. “Rising Together” is a workshop designed to explore the intricacies of bread making while fostering self-awareness and re-alignment with self and others. In this hands-on team building workshop, participants will be guided by skilled artisan bakers and facilitators who have mastered the craft of baking Sourdough, Rye, Ciabatta and Baguette loaves. Together, we will embark on a journey that combines the technical aspects of baking with, mindfulness, motivation and teamwork. Each step of the bread making process will be infused with metaphors that draw parallels to personal development and collaborative dynamics of team building. Workshop Details: Option 1: The 2 half days workshop, includes 1 night accommodation and meals, will take place from at 14:30 to the following day at 14:00. We are currently offering a 30% discount on the price of R4500 per person. That means you get the ALL INCLUSIVE 1-day workshop for only R3150. We will cover the baking of Sourdough and Ciabatta loaves. Option 2: The full day workshop starts at 07:45 till 17:00, it includes brunch and pizzas for dinner. You bake sourdough and ciabatta loaves and take a prepared sourdough loaf with you to bake at home. The inclusive full day workshop is offered at R2500 per person. Alternatively, we can design a custom workshop (date/time) for your team (T & C’s apply).. Take note that we can accommodate a maximum of 12 participants at a time.
