The Bridges Foundation showcases the strengths, capabilities and talents of each individual we serve. By assisting each person in the attainment of their individual goals, self-sufficiency increases, positively impacting the entire community landscape. Clients receive services based upon their own abilities through any of three employment programs. The Bridges OutSource Center, Community Integrated Employment, or Vocational Rehabilitation Program. Bridges also serves youth with disabilities through our Work Adjustment Training Program and Summer Camp. The Healthy Living Program is offered to all individuals served at Bridges. This program provides weekly lessons on social skills, living skills, and health and wellness knowledge
