Bridges

In 1964, a passionate group of parents sought to create an environment for their loved ones with developmental disabilities where they could gain vocational training, and nurture life skills and independence. This gave rise to Bridges - an agency determined to improve the quality of life not just for individuals facing this challenge but also for their families in addition to our community as a whole through education, advocacy and employment services. To date, Bridges continuously strives towards its initial mission by creating job opportunities both within supported communities or on-the-job orientation along with other necessary resources; allowing access that directly impacts everyone involved.
