BRRR 1. **Property Recommendations:** Just like how Netflix or Amazon uses AI to recommend shows or products, a real estate page can use AI to suggest properties based on a user's behavior, search history, and preferences. This can include property type, location, price range, etc. 2. **Price Estimation:** AI can analyze a massive amount of data to provide accurate property price estimations. Factors could include the location of the property, its size, the number of rooms, proximity to amenities, and historical data on similar properties. 3. **Virtual Tours:** AI can create and guide virtual tours, providing potential buyers with an immersive 3D view of the property. The AI can also answer questions about the property in real time. 4. **Chatbots:** AI chatbots can provide 24/7 support, answering questions, arranging viewings, and even helping with paperwork. 5. **Investment Analysis:** For real estate investors, an AI system could analyze a multitude of factors, including market trends, rent prices, and property appreciation to predict the potential ROI of a property. A couple of examples of such platforms as of my last update (September 2021) include Zillow and Redfin in the US. These platforms use machine learning algorithms to enhance their services in a way similar to the points I outlined above.
