The Bully Expert (youth anti-bullying professional training and certification program)

National Network Of Anti-Bullying Experts The Bully Expert program was originally developed in 2010 as a joint effort of Vistelar, the world leader in conflict management training and the Martial Arts Marketing Network, a consulting firm to the martial arts industry. The Martial Arts Marketing Network worked with the team at Vistelar to adapt their conflict management tactics — used in law enforcement, healthcare, education, business and other markets — for kids to prevent and manage bullying. Since this training program was introduced, hundreds of martial arts schools around the world have added The Bully Expert instruction to their curriculum and over a million kids have been taught its methodologies for how to prevent and manage bullying. The anti-bullying tactics taught in this program are the same tactics the trainers at Vistelar have taught for over thirty years and which are the subject of several published books, manuals and online courses in Vistelar’s Confidence In Conflict and Conflict Management series. In 2017, a comprehensive update was made to the program that incorporates everything Vistelar and the Martial Arts Marketing Network have learned about conflict management and anti-bullying tactics over the prior seven years.
