We offer pregnancy classes online and in-person in various locations, and postnatal classes online, all instructed by Chartered Physiotherapists. We run our online classes through a members area and within this we also offer live educational events. Our available products include Complete pregnancy and postnatal programmes. We also offer an education platform for health and fitness professionals which includes courses and webinars.
