CALA - The Conference on Asian Linguistic Anthropology

The CALA: - The CALA, The Annual Conference on Asian Linguistic Anthropology, is a yearly conference on Linguistic Anthropology with a focus on Asian countries, and regions. Scholars from around the world gather to engage in various fields surrounding Asian Linguistic Anthropology, though this in no way limits interest to those working on the East, or to Linguistic Anthropologists, Linguistics, or Anthropologists. - The CALA is a fully Non-Profit Organization, and all connected publishing undergoes a free blind reviewed system. The CALA sources funding/grants to assist people who need funding to access the Conference. Mobility: - Networking multiple universities, the conference venue shifts yearly, where the Conference Main committee, advised by the Conference Scientific committee, collaborates with the respective universities for each conference. Facets: - The CALA framework includes support for all academics to present, publish, and grow, and thus to collaborate with institutions globally to effect this growth. - All conference proceedings and publications (journal issues/monographs) will be indexed with SCOPUS and will hence contribute to ranked and cited publications for all those accepted to present.
