The Cancer Evolution Lab- Technion

Welcome to The Cancer Evolution Lab, led by Assis. Prof. Yosef Maruvka :) We are a mainly computational biology lab located at the Technion BFE faculty, and we utilize mainly computational tools to infer interesting and possibly useful things related to cancer. Amongst our research topics are: 1. Replication Repair Deficiency (MMRD/PPD)- basic biology, early detection and vaccine development 2. Pediatric AML- minimal residual disease detection 3. Tumor doubling time 4. Palindromic DNA 5. Prediction of RNA expression by cancer WSI And more! We're looking for M.Sc, PhD, Postdocs and hourly workers, experimental as well as computational.
