Opening its online store in 2020 as a small tincture retailer, The Cat Pharm is utilizing CBD as a way to bring awareness to animal welfare issues. We proudly offer CBD Tinctures and partner strains such as Stray Kat, Cat’s Meow, and Cat Daddy D8 in pre-rolls and by the gram.
