Our mission is to enhance the mental and physical well-being of individuals and communities through the practice of mindfulness.
Our facilitators are seasoned professionals – physicians, social workers, psychotherapists and other highly qualified practitioners who offer a variety of programs to assist with personal and professional resilience, and the treatment of various mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
