About The Challenge Program

Since 1995, we have worked with hundreds of young adults in Delaware with significant barriers to employment. We prepare them for jobs in the construction and woodworking trades. We are also a construction company and have rehabbed homes and properties in low-income neighborhoods. Our social enterprise, CP Furniture (cpfurniture.org), produces fine, handcrafted furniture for residential and commercial clients, and employs program graduates. Come check us out!
