The Change Shift

The Change Shift is all about people, change and tech. We work with public and private sector organisations to advise, support, lead and deliver transformational programmes and projects, with a key focus on the people side of change and the wellbeing of others. We encourage leadership teams to develop new ideas, create new approaches, embrace technology solutions and ultimately support its people through transformational initiatives by developing a mindset shift to adopt and embrace change, both personally and professionally. Our people and the clients we work with share similar passions, to inspire and create change with the wellbeing of people at the heart and soul of business change agendas. The Change Shift are exceptional at building communities across the organisation to influence cultural change and improve cross functional / departmental collaboration. Our experience has been particularly supporting organisations and people through the rapid transition to remote working and improving communications and collaboration through the vast capabilities of Microsoft Teams, driven by the COVID pandemic.
