The Cirrus Group was a national full-service commercial real estate development company exclusively specializing in the delivery of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. Since its founding in 1996, Cirrus prided itself with its history of on‐time and on‐budget development projects, its capability in offering a wide menu of real estate services, and its intimate knowledge of medical operations that allowed its clients and investors to reach their full economic and operational potential. In May 2012, The Cirrus Group was acquired by and merged with HealthCap, LLC to form HealthCap Partners, LLC.
