C2C, THE CLIMATE SOLUTIONS COLLABORATIVE, STIMULATES SUSTAINED ACTION IN CLIMATE-RELATED INVESTMENT AMONG COMMITTED PHILANTHROPIES AND FAMILY OFFICES. The Climate Solutions Collaborative (C2C) is a solutions-oriented working group for pioneering philanthropies, investment managers, and family offices in climate investing. Members support one another through collaboration to accelerate the flow of capital to address climate change. Working group members are committed to making investments that measurably reduce emissions and are working together to deploy $3 billion in private and philanthropic capital by 2025. C2C’s overarching objective is bringing market-based climate solutions to scale and to make the field of climate investing more connective, active, and effective. C2C is a joint project of Confluence Philanthropy and CREO Syndicate.
