The Clouds Project is non-profit non governmental organization. Our mission is to prevent the increasing probability of water wars. To be proactive, and thus, fulfill successfully our mission, we aim to meet the key players around the globe to setup regional, national and international legal boundaries to cloud seeding. So, we will be able to define an adequate framework for environmental modification techniques for civil purposes. Regulation is no more an option. Join us to support our mission!
