A dedicated FREE TO USE sport recruitment platform, which allows sports coaches and jobseekers to easily find and search for sports related jobs specifically within parameters they set using keywords and search areas. Our aim is to eliminate the need to hunt extensively for jobs, and for them to obtain relevant employment quicker. Coaches will also be able to create a free 'Coaching Profile' by which they can advertise themselves to potential employers, as well as easily search for grassroots and academy opportunities in their area. Conversely all clubs, academies, schools and teams can post jobs on the platform, advertising for specific roles and highlighting required qualifications, years of experience etc. Employers, much like the coaches, can also use the search tools to find coaches (who have created profiles) that match the needs of the job they are looking to fill in the organisation, therefore speeding up the process of finding the perfect candidate for the role. www.thecoacheslink.com
