Who We Are The Coaching Project is owned and run by Theresa Coligan. Theresa spent 18 years in the advertising, media and publishing industries including more than 10 years at board/executive board level. She retrained as a certified Coach and NLP Master Practitioner in 2005/6 before launching her own coaching consultancy. She is accredited by the Association for Coaching as well as being a member of the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and International Stress Management Association.
