When creating The Coalesce Group, the definition of "coalesce" guided our name and our vision: kōəˈles: come together to form one whole Often times, teams consist of a group of people, who have come together for a purpose, but who work independent of one another. The result of this dynamic is teams which are not performing at their peak potential. The Coalesce Group believes that there are essential elements that teams can enhance upon in order to thrive. These include developing trust, skillful communication, taking responsibility, owning the leader within and working towards a shared goal. These elements are the focus of the team building workshops, trainings and coaching. Programs are tailored to the individual needs of each team.
