Ethical sustainably sourced seafood from South Africa’s top fishermen - served fresh with home made ingredients. Remaining true to who we are, our famous Fresh Fish Counter, flanked by lobster and oyster tanks, is the “sole” of our business. The Restaurant boasts more than 30 different seafood products to choose from. The fresh fish is sourced from the East to West coasts, ensuring we provide the freshest fish in our establishments. Visiting this counter is part of the dining experience and our fishmongers assist the customers in creating a unique and memorable seafood adventure. The choices are weighed, cooked to their liking and served at the table, complemented by uniquely mixed spices, delicious sides and homemade sauces.
