The Codrington Language Centre was founded in 2007 by Sylvia Johnson, who is a British educationalist, linguist and corporate training executive. Sylvia came to live and work in Barbados in 1972. We offer intensive and vacation courses for adults, intensive and conversational business English courses, private lessons, combination courses, and an exclusive course for the ICAO Aviation English test. The Codrington Language Centre adult courses can be taken online LIVE or at our corporate building in Christ Church on the south coast of Barbados. Our Centre offers a pleasant learning environment and our courses meet the needs of international students who have diverse interests and abilities. The Codrington Language Centre enrols students from many parts of the world including Europe, Asia, South, Central and Latin America and the Caribbean.
