Roasting Facilities In January 2012 Ponticelli Coffee invested in a full roasting plant, bringing coffee roasting back to Waterford. As the only roaster in the South East of Ireland we roast Ponticelli in small batches of 15 kg and only roast to order to ensure maximum freshness in every cup of coffee. Customers are encouraged to call in and experience the roasting process first hand. We can even personalize your own coffee for you, creating a blend that would be exclusive to you.
