MISSION:
The mission of The Collaboration & Partnership Lab is to help and support Travel organisations & Financial Institutions, Insurance & Reinsurance companies, brokers and other players of this eco-system to put in place all the elements to make a successful Travel Insurance & Assistance offering to travellers.
From dedicated technologies sourced to the best in class and agile providers (generally InsurTechs) connected to the main industry technology players (GDS, PMS and other booking systems) to the selection of the best insurers in each jurisdiction (as no global travel insurance providers have the footprint of the main travel operators) and the sourcing of the right products depending of the profile of the customer base, The Collaboration & Partnership Lab can adapt to each Partner in each region.
PROMISE:
There is no turnkey solution available and current offers are constrained by the capabilities of the insurance providers (either on technologies or geographical presence, often by both!). Our promise at The Collaboration & Partnership Lab is to decouple each element of the value chain to make a unique value proposition to the travellers. It is a complex eco-system, usually not very well understood by the travel operators and we are here to help and make it simple. We control all the elements of the puzzle and we promise to deliver increased revenue to the Partner for its distribution efforts.
